Upon complete payment of all project fees, full intellectual property rights, source code, graphic vectors, and video master files are assigned to the client for their unrestricted commercial use. Krafting Digital retains the non-exclusive right to showcase completed non-confidential deliverables in our portfolio and promotional materials.
4. Client Reviews and Revisions
Each creative phase includes structured review rounds specified in the project agreement. Feedback must be consolidated and communicated in writing to ensure efficient turnaround.
5. Demonstration Projects Disclosure
Select showcase items on this website are conceptual demonstration projects designed to illustrate our studio's creative and engineering capabilities across diverse industry verticals (e.g. Michelin dining, streetwear e-commerce, AI SaaS platforms). All demo works are clearly labeled as demonstration content.
6. Payment Terms
Standard project milestones typically involve an initial deposit prior to project kickoff, intermediate milestone approvals, and a final balance prior to server deployment or master source code transfer.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we adhere to the highest web and security standards, Krafting Digital shall not be held liable for third-party hosting outages, upstream API changes, search engine algorithm updates, or unforeseen platform downtime beyond our direct control.
