Order Cancellation Rights

    The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) took possession.

Conditions for Returns

    Non-returnable items include:

    • Goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if unsealed).

    • Goods that are mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

    Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

    We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Refunds will only be issued once goods are received or proof of delivery is provided.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
